ACUMED International Co.® takes all necessary steps in order to ship all orders within the mention time on the Pro-Forma Invoice at the time of confirming order(s). Usually orders are shipped by courier, but for larger quantity orders, we arrange forwarding agency as well. Returns
Please be sure of sending the returns within 15 working days of delivery also enclose a copy of ACUMED® invoice on the back of it. We recommend you to send the returns through a registered postage, to keep a tracking record if the parcel gets misrouted or lost. We do not take any responsibility if the return parcel misroute or lost.
