The Quality Management System of ACUMED® has been designed and implemented as a means of ensuring that products supplied to the customers are of the highest quality and in every instance meet the needs and requirements of the customers.
The quality and reliability of our products is the concern of every person in the organization and not just the sole responsibility of Quality Assurance personnel. Our skillful workers make sure that quality is maintained at each and every step of manufacturing.
Quality Objectives:
The top-level objectives of the quality management system are:
1: To maintain an effective Quality Management System conforming to ISO 13485.
2: To maintain a level of quality with enhances ACUMED’s® reputation with customers.
3: To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.
4: To endeavor, at all times, to maximize customer satisfaction with the service provided.
It is an important requirement of the policy that our company would supply its customers with the products, which are suitable for their intended purposes, and which are in conformity with the relevant agreed specifications or contract. Wherever International Standard applies, our company ensures products supplied conform to the appropriate standards.
The procedures outlined in ACUMED® Quality Manual describe how the quality system is designed to ensure that customer requirements are recognized and that consistent control of those requirements are established, implemented and maintained.
